Mosh Moshi accepts return within 48 hours of delivery

Please keep in mind that most items on Mosh Moshi are gently-used, therefore minor signs of wear are normal and should be expected. The only exception is when an item is described as Brand New or Open Box. After we verify your claim, we’ll gladly refund your payment. You may only return your item if it does not match the description or if there is an undisclosed item – no other exchanges or returns are permitted.

Please note:

  • Item(s) must include the return label provided by us
  • Item(s) must include any return or order number provided by us
  • Item(s) must be in the original condition they were sent and all original packaging must be included

The evaluation process may take up to 7 days from receipt of return request and we reserve the right to make the final decision on all return requests.

If we don’t hear from you within 48 hours of receiving your order, we’ll assume everything is OK. After48 hours, you assume full responsibility and liability for the product.

To avoid any surprise, we advise buyers to:

1) carefully review all sections of a listing including the description, the pictures, the condition of the item, and the list of accessories (extras and missing) before committing to a purchase.

2) Ask Mosh Moshi team any questions before making a purchase. We love to hear from you.

3) At the time of the exchange, please inspect the item and refuse it if you believe it is not as described.

You have 48 hours after the item was exchanged to make a claim directly to Mosh Moshi and request a return. Mosh Moshi will review any item that is the subject of a claim and make every possible effort to determine if the item was in fact as described.

If Mosh Moshi determines that an item does not fit the description, the buyer will receive a full refund, minus delivery fees associated with the sale. The item will be returned to the seller at his own cost and the listing will be removed from the site until it is adjusted for accuracy.

If Mosh Moshi finds the description to be accurate, it will not be possible to cancel the sale.

Cancellations

If you decide to cancel your order prior to shipment, no problem! Just let us know and we will issue you a refund.

In no other circumstance may you cancel your order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and evaluated, we will send you an email with an update on your refund request. Please allow for 7 business days for the evaluation and 3-5 business days to process the refund.
